Ray laughed as Fraser's kisses tickled his shoulder. Fraser seemed determined to kiss every part of Ray's body.
Ray didn't think of himself as impatient, he just hated to wait.
He never understood taking the time to brew coffee when he could just put instant in a cup and mix it with warm tap water and Smarties.
He had waited six years to marry Stella, so waiting a year-and-a-half to go from being Fraser's partner to being his partner hadn't been so hard.
As Fraser moved to kiss Ray's lips, Ray thought that Fraser was definitely worth waiting for.
Fraser looked up when he heard the sound of Ray's laughter. Ray was shirtless and he reminded Fraser of a mischievous sprite. Fraser briefly wondered if Ray's love seat could support two grown men laying on it, but Ray grinned and all Fraser could think about was kissing the stubble on Ray's chin.
Fraser considered himself to be a patient man; he remembered quite clearly the vegetables in his grandmother's garden sprouting and being harvested as he waited for his father to come home, but when it came to Ray, Fraser found he couldn't wait to come home every day.
